An artist with a passion for creativity and a strong connection between art and science. Twenty-five years ago, I left Moscow and moved to Germany. Besides my profession as a trained physicist, art is the second driving force in my life.
Art has fascinated me since childhood and never lets go of me. I've even pondered how many hours of my life I've dedicated to art - the result is simply countless. For me, art is not only what I create but also what I see, think about, read, learn, discuss, and experience. I enjoy traveling to London, New York, or Berlin to visit inspiring exhibitions, and my collection of art books is my refuge into the world of creativity. The search for my own artistic identity can be compared to scientific research. Over the years, I've learned from various masters and experimented, fueled by my curiosity and the urge to continually push the boundaries of my creativity.
It fills me with joy to know that others share my perspectives, and many of my works have found their place in private collections.
My inspiration stems from the deep conviction that creativity is an essential part of our lives. I don't just seethe world as striving for structures and systems but as diverse, interconnected, and holistic. Especially in the sciences I once pursued - mathematics, physics, and philosophy — I find a special beauty that I metaphorically express in my artworks. This aspect deeply fascinates me and drives my artistic passion.I explore my playful creativity in using simple natural forms and their combinations. I utilize every available material and experiment with various techniques, similar to a scientist in the lab researching without constraints. My works reflect my fondness for physics and mathematics, capturing the beauty and harmony of the world in my personal way.

The art of finding the extraordinary in the ordinary and the ordinary in the extraordinary
Creativity, for me, is a boundless experiment. Just as in quantum physics, where the observer influences the outcome of the experiment, perspective transforms our view of the world. Every person, every element, every situation is part of a larger whole that is constantly shifting — and in my art, I aim to make this transformation tangible.
I see my art as an open field of research, where no fixed rules apply. Opposites meet here, harmonize, or clash. The materials and techniques I use are as diverse and unpredictable as nature itself. Within every experiment lies the potential to discover something new – a new truth, a new connection, a new understanding.
The act of observing changes reality
In my work, the role of the artist merges with that of the researcher. Every creation becomes an attempt to view the world from a different angle. By altering forms, structures, and materials, I explore how our influence transforms the essence of things. Art is not a static representation but a living process, constantly engaging with its surroundings.
Experimenting means embracing uncertainty
Inspired by science and the laws of nature, I take a step into the unknown. I break with prescribed norms to create space for surprise. The extraordinary emerges in familiar forms, and the everyday reveals unexpected depth. Every touch, every interaction leaves a trace — in art, as in life.
Creativity is freedom
It allows us to break free from dogma, to see beyond the obvious, and to explore the invisible connections of life. I firmly believe that creativity is the driving force behind human progress. It gives us the ability to reinvent ourselves, to grow, and to actively shape the world.
